Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,098 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WNK1, MLF2, and ZNF384. Each is linked with ATN1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATN1-to-partner and partner-to-ATN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATN1 versus WNK1 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
