ATMIN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATMIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,846 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATMIN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CFDP1, HSDL1, and USP10. Each is linked with ATMIN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATMIN-to-partner and partner-to-ATMIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATMIN versus CFDP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATMIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATMIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
