Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG4D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,193 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATG4D-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACP7, RNU6-1138P, and DLG5-AS1. Each is linked with ATG4D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG4D-to-partner and partner-to-ATG4D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATG4D versus ACP7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG4D→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG4D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
