ATG2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,152 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG2A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of autophagosome maturation, Obsolete positive regulation of histone methylation, and Regulation of autophagosome maturation. Each is linked with ATG2A in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG2A-to-partner and partner-to-ATG2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of autophagosome maturation grouped by ATG2A-low versus ATG2A-high in SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
