Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,710 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATG2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are COPG1, RPLP1, and PPP2R5B. Each is linked with ATG2A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG2A-to-partner and partner-to-ATG2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATG2A versus COPG1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
