ATG2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATG2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,517 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RELA, MEN1, and PCNX3. Each is linked with ATG2A in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG2A-to-partner and partner-to-ATG2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATG2A versus RELA in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
