Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATG2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,004 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATG2A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of autophagy, Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II, and Vacuole organization. Each is linked with ATG2A in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG2A-to-partner and partner-to-ATG2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of autophagy grouped by ATG2A-low versus ATG2A-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
