ATG14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATG14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG14-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB4, OR10W1, and TPSG1. Each is linked with ATG14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG14-to-partner and partner-to-ATG14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB4 grouped by ATG14-low versus ATG14-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
