Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATF4P4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATF4P4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Notch1. Each is linked with ATF4P4 in more than 2 cancer types.
