ATAT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,819 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS27P12, MIR3135A, and PNPLA10P. Each is linked with ATAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATAT1-to-partner and partner-to-ATAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS27P12 grouped by ATAT1-low versus ATAT1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
