ASXL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASXL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,144 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASXL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIAO1, SNRNP200, and EXOC6B. Each is linked with ASXL2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASXL2-to-partner and partner-to-ASXL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASXL2 versus CIAO1 in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASXL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASXL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
