ASXL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASXL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,043 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASXL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TSN, C1orf35, and NUP155. Each is linked with ASXL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASXL2-to-partner and partner-to-ASXL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASXL2 versus TSN in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASXL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASXL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
