Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASXL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,149 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASXL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB39, KCNMB2, and BPIFB5P. Each is linked with ASXL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASXL2-to-partner and partner-to-ASXL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASXL2 versus ZBTB39 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASXL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASXL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
