ASXL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASXL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASXL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, mTOR_pS2448, and NF-kB-p65_pS536. Each is linked with ASXL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASXL2-to-partner and partner-to-ASXL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by ASXL2-low versus ASXL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASXL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASXL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
