Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASXL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASXL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA48, DIPK2B, and DEFA4. Each is linked with ASXL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASXL2-to-partner and partner-to-ASXL2 results are reported.
