ASS1P10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASS1P10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,782 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASS1P10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAFAH1B3, TLN2, and PLEKHA5_S382. Each is linked with ASS1P10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASS1P10-to-partner and partner-to-ASS1P10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASS1P10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASS1P10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
