Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASPRV1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,905 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASPRV1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHKA, UNC93A, and ARHGEF4. Each is linked with ASPRV1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASPRV1-to-partner and partner-to-ASPRV1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASPRV1 versus CHKA in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASPRV1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASPRV1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
