Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASPRV1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASPRV1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, MEK1, and PDCD4. Each is linked with ASPRV1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASPRV1-to-partner and partner-to-ASPRV1 results are reported.
