Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASPN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,429 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASPN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINF1, SVIL, and CALD1. Each is linked with ASPN in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASPN-to-partner and partner-to-ASPN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASPN versus SERPINF1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASPN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASPN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
