ASPN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASPN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,096 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASPN-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDGFRB, CALD1, and ISLR. Each is linked with ASPN in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASPN-to-partner and partner-to-ASPN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASPN versus PDGFRB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASPN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASPN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
