Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASPA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,641 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN14P1, MIR6806, and RNY4P27. Each is linked with ASPA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASPA-to-partner and partner-to-ASPA results are reported.
