Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASNSD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASNSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC74A, CLRN1, and CARTPT. Each is linked with ASNSD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASNSD1-to-partner and partner-to-ASNSD1 results are reported.
