ASIC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASIC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,945 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASIC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC35B1, PIMREG, and RHOA. Each is linked with ASIC4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASIC4-to-partner and partner-to-ASIC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC35B1 grouped by ASIC4-low versus ASIC4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASIC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASIC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
