ASIC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASIC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,665 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASIC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NPEPPS, PLAC9, and PPP1R18_S224. Each is linked with ASIC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASIC2-to-partner and partner-to-ASIC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ASIC2 versus NPEPPS in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASIC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASIC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
