ASIC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASIC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 908 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASIC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA31E1, AVPR1B, and KRTAP2-1. Each is linked with ASIC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASIC2-to-partner and partner-to-ASIC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA31E1 grouped by ASIC2-low versus ASIC2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASIC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASIC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
