ASCC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASCC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,583 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASCC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are YARS2, CDT1, and MCM7. Each is linked with ASCC3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASCC3-to-partner and partner-to-ASCC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YARS2 grouped by ASCC3-low versus ASCC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASCC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASCC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
