ASCC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASCC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,588 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASCC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEUROG1, SEMA3G, and DTWD1. Each is linked with ASCC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASCC3-to-partner and partner-to-ASCC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NEUROG1 grouped by ASCC3-low versus ASCC3-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASCC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASCC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
