ASB17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB17 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB17-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC_pS79, c-Met_pY1235, and S6. Each is linked with ASB17 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB17-to-partner and partner-to-ASB17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACC_pS79 grouped by ASB17-low versus ASB17-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB17→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
