Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ASB17 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ASB17 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ASB17 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ASB17 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and STAD show a favorable association.

KIRC, MESO, and BRCA are the cancer types where ASB17 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
