ASB17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASB17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 611 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASB17-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGMS2, CTR9, and ZNF629. Each is linked with ASB17 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB17-to-partner and partner-to-ASB17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SGMS2 grouped by ASB17-low versus ASB17-high in OVARY.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB17→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
