Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,910 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASB15-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOC2L, PRMT5, and HECTD3. Each is linked with ASB15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB15-to-partner and partner-to-ASB15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOC2L grouped by ASB15-low versus ASB15-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB15→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
