Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ASB15 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ASB15 data layer compared with 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher ASB15 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ASB15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and SCLC show a favorable association.

KICH, BLCA, and THCA are the cancer types where ASB15 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
