Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,919 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASB14-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP516, DNAJB5P1, and LINC02790. Each is linked with ASB14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB14-to-partner and partner-to-ASB14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP516 grouped by ASB14-low versus ASB14-high in UCEC.
