Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASB14-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, eIF4E, and FASN. Each is linked with ASB14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB14-to-partner and partner-to-ASB14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by ASB14-low versus ASB14-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
