Across TCGA cell cohorts, ASB14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,990 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASB14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of telomere maintenance, Microtubule polymerization, and Viral translational termination-reinitiation. Each is linked with ASB14 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB14-to-partner and partner-to-ASB14 results are reported.
