Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASB10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,160 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ASB10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6090, GTSE1-DT, and FAM21EP. Each is linked with ASB10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASB10-to-partner and partner-to-ASB10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6090 grouped by ASB10-low versus ASB10-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ASB10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ASB10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
