Across TCGA patient cohorts, ASAP1-IT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,342 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ASAP1-IT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VPS54_S35, COL3A1, and EMILIN1. Each is linked with ASAP1-IT2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ASAP1-IT2-to-partner and partner-to-ASAP1-IT2 results are reported.
