ARVCF

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARVCF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,993 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARVCF-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAPK8IP1, C22orf39, and HMGB1P41. Each is linked with ARVCF in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARVCF-to-partner and partner-to-ARVCF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARVCF versus MAPK8IP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARVCF→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARVCF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
