ART4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ART4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,843 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ART4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNS2_S120, RSU1, and SEPTIN4. Each is linked with ART4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ART4-to-partner and partner-to-ART4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ART4 versus TNS2_S120 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ART4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ART4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
