ARSK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARSK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,593 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARSK-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4466, RNU6-1198P, and RNU4-60P. Each is linked with ARSK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARSK-to-partner and partner-to-ARSK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4466 grouped by ARSK-low versus ARSK-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARSK→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARSK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
