ARPC1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPC1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,801 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPC1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMB9, CCM2, and RGS19. Each is linked with ARPC1B in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC1B-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARPC1B versus PSMB9 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPC1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPC1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
