ARPC1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPC1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,824 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPC1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT3, ICAM1, and ARHGAP9_S475. Each is linked with ARPC1B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC1B-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARPC1B versus FERMT3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPC1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPC1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
