ARPC1B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPC1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,278 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPC1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIK3CG, CD4, and BTK. Each is linked with ARPC1B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC1B-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARPC1B versus PIK3CG in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPC1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPC1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
