ARPC1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPC1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,363 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPC1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP73, RNU6-222P, and RNA5SP426. Each is linked with ARPC1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC1B-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP73 grouped by ARPC1B-low versus ARPC1B-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPC1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPC1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
