ARPC1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPC1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPC1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH6, JNK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with ARPC1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC1B-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH6 grouped by ARPC1B-low versus ARPC1B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPC1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPC1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
