ARPC1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPC1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,978 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPC1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PUS7, CASP2, and DNAJC2. Each is linked with ARPC1A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC1A-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARPC1A versus PUS7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPC1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPC1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
