ARPC1A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPC1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,947 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPC1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF3R, LILRB3, and LCP2. Each is linked with ARPC1A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC1A-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARPC1A versus CSF3R in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPC1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPC1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
