ARPC1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARPC1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,959 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPC1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-glutamic acid carboxylation, Protein carboxylation, and Protein localization to basolateral plasma membrane. Each is linked with ARPC1A in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC1A-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-glutamic acid carboxylation grouped by ARPC1A-low versus ARPC1A-high in URINARY_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPC1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPC1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
