ARPC1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARPC1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPC1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CABP5, FAM205A, and OR5M11. Each is linked with ARPC1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC1A-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CABP5 grouped by ARPC1A-low versus ARPC1A-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPC1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPC1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
