ARPC1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARPC1A mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,142 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPC1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH2B2, RNF34, and IRF9. Each is linked with ARPC1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC1A-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SH2B2 grouped by ARPC1A-low versus ARPC1A-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPC1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPC1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
